good evening to all
am i missing out i have paid for my land line up front for the whole year a little while ago..
and i am on plusnet extra paying £ 11.49 a month i see that unlimited is £ 9.99 a month can i change to unlimited if so is there a charge .

you can switch to unlimited without a charge, though it'll start a new broadband contract.

i dont see a problem with a new contract it says from 9.99 is that for market 3 which i think i am and my referrals will still count

it'll be a 12 month for ADSL.and yes your referrals will still discount your total.

Just mentioning in case you aren't aware of this. The account change will take place on your next billing date. There should be a closed service notice on your account - see here and click the Go button - confirming details of the change. It will be during the early hours of billing day that the change takes place.
