adsl broadband slow

I am getting slow broadband speeds sub 2Mbps kind of slow. I have tried connecting via ethernet, replacing filters etc.

Our tests are showing a external fault on your line which we've raised to our suppliers.

We should have a update by the end of Tuesday at the latest.
