Your router has been disabled

Just noticed the following ticket in my account.
"Service Notice #153742103
< Back
Service Notification
9:41pm, Sunday 10 Feb 2013
Your router has been disabled
Serial: XXXXXXX
OUI: A4B1E9
Model: Technicolor TG582n FTTC "
Why would plusnet think they have disabled my router and why would they wish to do it ?  Angry
Just to be clear the router is working fine  Cheesy

Re: Your router has been disabled

Did you log in to our website and turn off the TR69 feature (easy setup)?

Re: Your router has been disabled

Yes.
Phrasing could be better, it hardly disables the router.  Undecided
Thanks for clearing that up Chris.  Smiley

Re: Your router has been disabled

Yeah, the wording isn't great. It's meant to be for us internally to show the router has been disabled from the TR69 system.

Re: Your router has been disabled

I had the same silly Service Notice wording. Any chance you could raise a task to get the wording amended so that it specifically refers to the TR-069 aspect Chris?
Edit: The FAQ page could do with an update as well, it doesn't mention the TG582n.
