I would like to try out PN Pro [from PN Premium] ADSL2+21CN for a month I hope
, in order to see if it makes 21CN ADSL2+ 24mBit rates more Va va voom.
Its good but seeing throughput tail off at 10AM - 11AM 'til 12midnight is a curious one.
[Old goat moment ] >> Back in the day ; before the differention in products
traffic management profiles was made more explicit, I suppose
I took the news of Peak time traffic management as a good idea,
but the hoursI expected to be 'managed' peak were more like Tea-time to 10PMish.

Hi newthing,
That's fine, I can set it going from your next billing date if you like - just confirm that you're happy for it to go ahead and I'll set it in motion (or request the upgrade yourself via the portal and I'll make sure you're changed back at the end of the month, assuming you want to ;))
With regard to the peak hours, those were the times we had initially (4pm to midnight I believe) but we found that that hadn't captured all of the busier period especially as bandwidth usage gets higher what with iplayer etc. hence the longer hours being introduced with the your way products.
