The most recent (of many) tickets is 81113206
It's the same problem: SNRs are back where they were before the last reset to 6 up and down.
Currently they are 13 down but the upstream SNR is all over the place, fluctuating between 0.4 and 9.
When I was with o2, SNRs were stable at 6 up and down for years. Plusnet doesn't seem to be able to do this.
Last chance guys....

We don't hold any control over your SNR at all, other than setting a target for it.
If your SNR is fluctuating, rather than having the SNR Reset for it to go back up, it's probably better to run through the Broadband Fault Checker as there could be a fault on the line.
It's possible that your microfilter isn't as good in terms of quality than it was with your previous supplier. It might be worth having a quick read through some Faults Guides I've written here: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,119921.0.html or if you'd like to raise a fault, this can be done at http://faults.plus.net
