for being disconnected from the internet. It seemed like every hour, the connection had gone, and I had to go through all the steps to be reconnected again.
Completely fed up.

I'm really sorry to hear you're having such problems, Allie0923.
Can you explain what keeps happening? I understand you keep losing connection, does it do it on it's own?
I'd quite like to find out what's causing the disconnections so we can get that sorted out for you.

Thank you for replying. I would have answered sooner, but I'd just been disconnected again.
It just stops on its own. I'll go to send an email, to find I can't send as connection is down. Or place a bid on ebay - same thing.
I really am fed up, as I've missed out on some ebay items I wanted today (ok I might have been outbid anyway, but I'd have liked a fighting chance!)

Are you connecting over a wired or wireless connection?

If the disconnections are not caused by yourself resetting the router then I'd suggest running through our faults wizard and we can take a closer look at this.

I've clicked the link on the faults wizard, and a ticket has been raised.
So far, only one disconnection today and that was about half an hour ago.
Sorry to say this, but I didn't have this problem with O2.
