Worst Decision I've Made Switching!!

Have to say I switched to Plusnet from Sky and even though sky were a little slow at times there uptime was consistent

But since switching over to plusnet I'm constantly disconnected and router flashes amber, and it's not like i've set anything up wrong when I switched there was a BT engineer out to fix the broadband socket.

Have you reported a fault to Plusnet?

A report can now be reported using sms


Is the phone line noisy or quiet?

A noisy phone line will cause broadband to drop or connect a slow speeds.

If the phone line is noisy - report a phone fault.

If the phone line is quiet report a broadband fault.

Hey @georgesonline, I'm sorry that you're experiencing your connection dropping. This sounds like a nightmare. 
I've run a test on your line and there is a potential fault that we may be able to fix without an engineer coming out to visit. 

I'll drop you a Private message, Could you reply with pictures of your setup, please? This is the front and back of the router and also the phone socket as well, please.
