Woeful speeds all the time
for 2 days now ive had terrible speeds and i use the pc usually from 8pm - 5am time, most definately OFF peak hours. 
the test results below are woeful but if im being honest most downloads dont get above 14kbps and uploads well i think the best at the moment is around the 15-17kbps
can someone please look into this? its never been like this before.

Speed Up 89.37 Kbps ( 0.1 Mbps ) <----- i wish!! lucky to get 1/10th of that
