Moved house on 20 November, phone due to go active 23rd, this worked. Had a message that Broadband due 2 days later, however to keep an eye as this sometimes fails. It didn't activate, called provisioning, waited 30 min on the phone, told it would be done Friday 27th, it didn't. Called Monday 30th, told it would happen on Tuesday..... Now it's Wednesday, still no broadband. What is really going on? Kevin
Hi and sorry about the delay to the order. I can see there's been an "exception" on the order which means a system issue has prevented it from progressing. I'm chasing our suppliers now and will update ticket shortly.
