Will WiFi work?

Upgrading to unlimited fibre tomorrow but the Plusnet Hub one router still hasn’t arrive and we still have the ADSL router. Does this mean WiFi will stop working after broadband is upgraded as ADSL router doesn’t work?

Sorry but the Plusnet supplied on Plusnet ADSL contracta, the Hub Zero these days, does not work on VDSL fibre.

Plusnet send routers out at the last minute so hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. Alternatively it could be that Plusnet have failed to send it or the swap to fibre has been delayed and Plusnet have failed to tell you. It might be worth contacting them tomorrow.
