Will Plusnet supply router for user on 'Broadband Your Way' package?

One of my referrals has the 'Broadband Your Way Option 1' package.
The power supply on his router (not supplied by Plusnet) has failed.
I've loaned him a spare router for the time being & he's now up and running.
Would Plusnet supply a router for this user? Would he need to upgrade to a current package?
Thanks
Martin

He can get one just has to ask for it.  But if he does he would be tied in for 12months, so if he leaves within the 12 months he would have to buy the router for £40ish.  If not its free if he stays.
edit: not totally free he pays for the p+p £5

I presume he's on a Market 1 exchange; if not changing to Plusnet Essentials would save him money.

Yes, we certainly can provide them with a router. The process re payment would work as Gus has mentioned.

Adam, thanks, we have raised a ticket requesting a replacement modem/router.
Jelv, yes we are on Market 1 exchange in rural Dorset. His monthly usage is around 1.8GB so no reason to move to Essentials.
