Wifi down - flashing red light

Hi Plusnet
My Wi-Fi is currently down. I'm not a new customer. I've followed the instructions but the router's red light is still flashing. Can you help me fix this asap please?

I've been waiting over a week for plus net to solve an issue with my connection so far - there doesn't seem to be a good relationship with plus net and open reach when it comes to dealing with any problems

Thanks. An engineer came around the other day and fixed the issue. Apparently a cable had been pulled out somewhere. All good now
