Wifi constantly dropping out multiple times a day

My WiFi constantly drops out multiple times a day and I've got 16 months left on my contract but its getting so frustrating now I feel like leaving has anyone had any luck with leaving and not having to pay early leave fee ?

Have you reported a fault ? https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/

You will need to give Plusnet a chance to fix any fault before possibly being able to leave without any penalty. In any case , if the fault is external , then its likely to affect any other supplier.

Is it your WiFi that is dropping or your internet connection? There is a difference. PN are responsible for your internet connection but not your WiFi unless it's a router fault.

@Chlo12345 please can you confirm you have tried a wired connection at all? Do the lights change on the router at all when it drops?
