WiFi drops out constantly

I'm sick to death of this WiFi issue, every time they say it's fixed, give it a week and it's [-Censored-] again. I'm having to work from home which is almost impossible with no reliable internet connection. Almost 0 upload speed which makes conference calls impossible. Help!!!!

Have you tried a wired connection speed test to see if it is WiFi or connection in general?

I don't have anything to plug it into, WiFi only in afraid.
