Why would PN be unable to complete line test?
Due to phone line problems (now fixed by BT) have suffered numerous disconnections in past week; asked Martin on CHAT if he could do a reset to reinstate my normal 2.8-3.2mbps (rural/ end of line), but you were unable to complete your tests 
"Part of the testing won't complete for some reason".
My stats:

Max Rate (Kbps) 916 1888
SNR Margin (dB) 15 16
Line Attenuation (dB) 31.5 56.5
Occupancy (%) 48 94
Errors (Pkts) 0 0
Was reluctant therefore to do line reset for me at this time, but I'm keen to get speed up to my normal,
pre Xmas holidays in Sheffield
Have raised fault as suggested too.
