Hi Guys,
My first post on the community forums. I am on Fibre and yesterday morning I woke up to an email from plusnet support saying "The order we placed to change your upload speed has completed."
"Your upload speed is now "2Mbit/S"
I was prior to this getting upload speeds of 20Mbit/S why would plusnet do this. I pay for fibreoptic broadband so expect to receive this and not a measly 2Mbbit/s I have also note that my download speed seems to be slower now also.
No a happy bunny.

Someone else posted a similar thing a couple of days ago - I wonder if it is some kind of systems fault or something.

There seems to have been a problem which caused some stray modify orders to be placed see here http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,117891.0.html
