Hi Hertslad,
Are you using any extension cables in your house? Are you plugged into the Master Socket?

i am wireless my girlfriends pc is wired and yes i am in the master socket and to make it clear i have USED THE TEST SOCKET and changed the micro filter we both get the same speed this is realy doing my head in as it is the weekend and i like to play online games mainly RIFT ONLINE and with that speed i cant do nothing i realy feel like am paying my bill for a poor service hope this can be sorted befor christmas as i will be web caming my family and a speed like that i will be lucky to ever get a connection to see them christmas day

this is the BT test hope this gives more info and i have the Plus net Thomson router if ya need anymore info such as screen shots of router settings just ask but i think this BT Test says it all wha you need

No it doesn't
We need the Current Line Speed from https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed ; and was the first test wired or wireless

and for the 2ND Q it was a wireless test
