Why no fax2email with any of the BBYW products?

Why is there no fax2email service included with any of the BBYW products?
Having just swtched from PAYG 8Gb to BBYW Pro, PN removed my fax2email service but say they can add fax2email to my new BBYW account but I now wont get the same fax number, which is of no use to me as I use my existing fax number as do other people, so I've asked to be put back onto PAYG....so much for PN's newest products
BBYW - broadband your way, but it's now not actually the way I want it now so perhaps PN should consider a name change  Huh

I had a long song and dance with Plusnet when they did this to me.  Don't let it drop, they can and will give you back your old fax number.

You should be able to get your old Fax to Email number back unless it's been reassigned (which is unlikely).
We're also looking into the ability to be able to offer this to new customers in the future.

strange, I moved to BBYW and fax2email and my number remained as was.

It should do TBH, although there is an option to remove it when the account is switched. As James has said, if the OP raises a ticket requesting it we should be able to get it back for them.

My number still accepts faxes but they no longer go to the mailbox I've set up to receive them.
A ticket has already been raised.
