I've had multiple problems for the last 2 months- a very long ticket petered out after lots of to and fro, and I settled for a few days at 1 Mbps, but here I am again no better off!
Here's the details:
BTspeedtest stats:
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
Your DSL connection rate: 2016 kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP profile for your line is - 250 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 234 kbps
Router stats:
Statistics Downstream Upstream
Line Rate 2016 Kbps 448 Kbps
Noise Margin 14.4 dB 17.0 dB
Line Attenuation 52.5 dB 31.5 dB
Output Power 17.5 dBm 12.3 dBm
I am 1.6km from the exchange, 2.77 km by road, but the loop length gives a distance of 3.77km (!) I keep getting disconnects, even in the master socket-BT engineer visited and said the line was fine (he got 3.6Mbps and a steady connect).
Please help!

Hi Steve,
It sounds like your fault hasn't been fixed.
Have you fed back to the faults team that you are still getting disconnections?

I closed the ticket-can I reactivate it, or do I have to start again?

I'm afraid that you'll need to start a new one.
Just put the details into the fault checker and we'll be able to get BT out again for you. Assume you've tried replacing your router and filters?
