Why am I being charged £19.99? I did not go over the limit last month, I got to 9.97GB then turned of my internet completly so it did not go over.
I am supposed to be charged £11.99 this month since I have moved to unlimited.

Then it's the old PlusNet Billing (and/ or Notification) system cock-up. I think there have been cases reported before where the notification was wrong but the billing was correct. .... But I'm sure that a rep will be along in a while to explain all.

It looks like a one off problem. Your product price *is* showing as £11.99, but the invoice is, as you say, for £19.99.
I think this might have been because the discount wasn't applied for your first month because of the upgrade process. There are definitely discounts in place for your subsequent months, but if you let me know when your payment has gone through, I'll make sure that it is refunded.

The ticket says that someone will look at it tomorrow at 9, but can someone confirm that the refund will be made tomorrow.
