loop, in this context, refers to the 'loop back interface' it's IP address is 127.0.0.1 (or ::1 for IPv6) and is used when the router needs to talk to itself. It'll only be measured in KB because the scale will adjust automatically and there's not been enough data transferred on it to warrant it being measured in Mb yet.
