Why is my speed so slow on Gateway Ptn-ag04 & ag02

I've previously had problems with Ptn-ag04 & in the early hours of this morning after an internet outage I was kicked onto Ptn-ag02. As with 04, my speeds were all over the place & my latency increased by 50%. After an internail reboot I'm now on Ptw-ag01 & things have returned to normal.
Is their a kniown problem with the Ptn gateways or is it just my service?

It's not the gateway, but the route your traffic takes through BT's network to get to the gateway. Each time you connect, you can take a different route and hit a different endpoint.
