Why is my broadband so slow? Why can’t I contact Support? Why is nobody answering my Posts? Who am I?

I need to speak to Support to try and get back my broadband speed. 
been trying for almost 2 weeks. 
any suggestions please...

I have left multiple messages on ADSL Broadband but never had a Reply. 
Their answerphone message is insulting IMHO
