Why is PlusNet IP profile always lower than BT's? My IP profile is set at 12.6 were as BT profile is 15.1.

According to a line test (as attached) the sync speed is in the region of 17.1 where as the IP profile (line rate) is 12680 which our system matches approximately at 12600 so either way the BT profile isn't want it should be.
We can fix that with an SNR reset but I'm just wondering about the recent disconnections, were these triggered by yourself?

I think there has been some line work taking place near here which may have caused disconnections but I don't think there have been many.

Sorry @glloyd, you'd not made it clear you were still looking for help.
Our systems are still reflecting the BT IP profile or 15100kbps so I'm going to advise raising a fault fault if you are still connecting at speeds well below that.

Sorry Adam you have got hold of the wrong end of the stick. My IPprofile on PlusNet WAS 12.6, on BT it was 15.1 that has now rectified.
