Why haven't I heard anything regarding on a call I logged on 28th June

I logged a call on Friday regarding my broadband speeds getting slower and slower over the last few months. I was told that someone would be in contact within 72 hours, but I've heard nothing since.
What's going on???

It's a but much considering I'm paying £17.99/month and not getting its full potential.

Sorry for the wait, your ticket has been updated, if you could pop a reply on there we'll get you an engineer booked. The first one available is Monday 8th July 8am - 1pm.
