Why has my line speed steadily dropped?

It used to be 78mbit. Then 60ish mbit. And now 52mbit.
I used to be able to download at 7.9mbit per second. Then 6.9mbit. And now... 5.9mbit.
Very disappointing Plusnet. On a side note, I was promised 60mbit. That's why I purchased this internet. What's next, 40mbit speeds?

I want this problem to be fixed. The fact speeds have simply deteriorated is a joke.

Hi,
You are best advised to either phone or raise a fault call via the portal. The Digital Care Team are not often online after 17:00 or over the weekend.
