Why has my download and upload speeds have been reduced in the last couple of month?

We should be able to place the order to remove the capping on the upload whether or not you're in the 10 day training period. Let us know if you want us to do that and we'll get it going

Hi Chris,

In that case it may be a good idea to uncap it to see if the issue manifest it self again and my download speed drops again as it did last time.

It looks like an order was actually placed earlier today to uncap the upstream. This is expected to complete on the 22nd.

Please let us know if you experience problems once this completes.
