ok so 2 weeks ago my internet was fine - but now i can barley connect webpages take forever i get 240-300Kb/s download (used to get 1mb) when i use skype i disconect instantly cant get my xbox to even connect its a joke - my ping on games is between 1500 - 3500 ms it used to be 10-35 ms its not just effecting games i also use my pc and the internet for work and the last 2 weeks ive not been able to work from home - i hope plus net fix this it is honestly worse than using a free wifi hotspot - i hope you can fix this or id like my money back
