Whos changed my products?

Hi all.
My products have been changed without my knowledge or permission. Im not a happy bunny! I was viewing different products, but didn't click on any confirm button to change them. Im now in an annual contract for broadband and my home phone has been changed to eves and weekends! So question is...how has it happened?

Can you look at closed tickets on your account as there was a problem reported by another user http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,75406.0.html

Not quite - I edited it before seeing your post using the back button on the browser but for some reason the edit time didn't show up.  Smiley

There is a courtesy period which allows editing before annotating the post with the last edit.... line.

You can check the time allowed in the admin panel (assuming you now have the relevant perms to see) if you are interested!

I honestly don't know how this has happened.  There was a case posted in here earlier this week, but it's completely different to what you're seeing now.
I take it you would like to be moved back as soon as possible?

Re: Whos changed my products?

I've just checked your account and the home phone product was changed to evenings and weekends following a request made in a ticket on your account.
The change to annual contract was due to the migration offer you chose at initial signup back in September, basically it means that if you leave within the first 12 months you would have had to pay £14.99. Our system had no way of ensuring this happened, which is why your account shows as an annual contract. Rest assured that it is actually monthly and you'll only need to pay the 30 day notice along with the £14.99 fee if you did choose to leave within your first 12 months.
Hope that helps explain it.
