Who to ask about FTTC installation date (Exchange already live)

Our BT Exchange is already live with FTTC but our local BT cabinet only works with standard ADSL.  Is there anybody I can contact to ask when our cabinet will be upgraded?

You can try you council's BDUK webpage
as all new installations are now under this gov/council sponsored scheme
but basically no there is nothing specific available to anyone
You might get some indication such as 2014 or 2015...but more than that I doubt.
You may (like me) be told that there are no plans for the cab and it will not be done (and I can go swivel if I don't like it)
