Who is the CEO of Plusnet and whats the address for contact

Hi
I have read a few press releases on the website but they seem to be very old.  Can anyone tell me who the current CEO is and where I contact him/her.  The call centre operator I just spoke to said that the MD would just pass my letter to agent anyway but I would like to try at least anyway,  I'm so frustrated at the lack of support/service/ownership and the general lack of speed.
I have read comments on here today people complaining that they only have their 3meg connection instead of the usual 6/8meg - they should think themselves lucky!  I'm so jealous, I just did a speedtest and my results were 0.537kbps.  I've been told I should be getting max 2.5meg.
Please help with the info, so that I can possibly get Plusnet to give a dam and help sort this speed issue out as the staff don't seem to know how to do it!

Phone them and ask for the name of their MD.  Their registered address is the same as the contact address on the "About Us" page.

The name of the current CEO, Jamie Ford, is given in the "a-fond-farewell-and-a-warm-welcome" blog which is on the home page of this site. That was published on August 19th 2010.

Hi Dazzler,
Sorry to hear that you're not getting the speeds that we thought you would.
As has been mentioned, Jamie Ford is our current CEO.  Richard Fletcher is the COO.
If you are looking to write a letter as a formal complaint, this would need to be addressed to:
Customer Services Director
Plusnet plc
Internet House
2 Tenter Street
Sheffield, S1 4BY
And would subsequently be picked up by my team.  However to save you the hassle of raising a formal complaint, I'm sure that the Digital Care guys will be around once they get into the office to try and sort things out for you.

Re: Who is the CEO of Plusnet and whats the address for contact

Thanks for the replies.
Jameseh - I have updated the faults ticket about 20 times over the past few weeks and your caring staff generally ignore most of the message and only reply to a part that suits them.  Plusnet seem to be of the opinion that my speed problem is resolved but I can say for certain (based on many speed tests from different checkers) that it most certainly is not.  I was advised by the technical department that if I write to the customer service director then as they are not technical people the fault will be passed back to an analyst to deal with hence why I wanted to write to CEO.
If you want to see how inadequate the response has been, the lack of customer care, the sheer disrespect and total waste of my time over the past few weeks, have a look at the two faults tickets that are open on my account - 36101364 and 35563630
I just checked my speed at mybroadbandspeed.co.uk and the speed was 1311d ,  this is the highest it has been for weeks, still nowhere near what it should be.

Hi Darren,
That's not technically correct.  If you were to write to the Customer Services Director, your letter of complaint would be handled by a specialised complaints team.
I'll have a look at your tickets and get a member of my team to try and sort things out for you.

Re: Who is the CEO of Plusnet and whats the address for contact

would you also try to resolve my similar issue since no one so far has managed this.  I became a new customer to you for apperent service and it is non existent.  Everything get s pushed back to your customer'.  Test this, change that, get a new phone, get a new router, send this, reply to this survey, this online fault form, etc, etc.  Slow speed, drop offs  (and I pay for managed ) faint line and you do nothing until the BT £60 charge waiver is agreed, which BTW I have already one visit in dispute despite your own team inititaingthe engineer having found an issue with your tests.
I think Dazzler1 is perfectly entitled to write or speak to your COO or CEO as this is what I will be setting out to do after the call I just finished with you representitives again.  At least this time he didn't hang up on me like previous occasion.
Thanks goodnees it only a monthly contract at least I can walk away from this frustration

Re: Who is the CEO of Plusnet and whats the address for contact

Hi cghughes,
What fault is it you're actually experiencing? From checking our logs your latest connection has been ongoing for over 24 hours.
I'm afraid we have to request a number of tests before raising a fault simply because of the fee - this is charged by our suppliers if they find a fault with either internal wiring or equipment when investigating any reported faults. As long as the tests are done and the fault is still apparent then you've proved it isn't caused by your wiring or equipment, so therefore won't be charged.
If there's anything we can look into for you please advise - I'm sorry you feel that your experience has been so bad, hopefully we can turn this round.
