Who Are You

I've been trying for three days to get support from Plusnet to my dismal speed. I've done all the checks ready to share with Plusnet, but nobody to talk to.

Several times, but they manage to fob me off.
The problem is the read outs i get from testing the broadband using BTW. The results are mind boggling. e.e In  a half hour slot, the download speed varied from 0.39 to 1012.15, upload from 0.00 to 0.34 and ping from 0.00 to 136.13. This cannot be right.

Are you seeing these issues when using a wired connection to the router or on a wireless connection?

Hi there,
Sorry to read that you're having problems.  I've looked over your account and can see you contacted us in October regarding a wireless issue, however there haven't been any contacts (nor has anyone on our side looked at your account) since then.
If you're still having issues and it's also happening on a wired connection I would definitely advise reporting a fault to us.
