You may also want to consider Draytek:  http://www.draytek.co.uk/products/index.html
I don't know if they are more than what you are after in terms of features, performance and price, but if I were to buy another modem/router combo at this price range (domestic grade) that's what I would go for.

My mistake, its dated as you say Sept 5, 2007
