Which Router?

Hi there,
Signed up a couple of days ago, well actually I signed my daughter up as she has moved into a new flat.
I was wondering which router Plusnet are supplying at the moment? At £5.99 for P&P, I thought it was worth a punt.
Are they any good? Her needs are quite simple, just a laptop, Blackberry and an ipod. All will be wireless but the laptop could be cabled I suppose if need be. It's just a small one bed flat.
If they are not any good, what would be the best replacement around the £50-60 mark?
I realise this is a highly subjective issue but some ideas would be helpful
Thanks

Re: Which Router?

The router will be a Technicolor TG582n. I would expect it to be fine for the requirements you mentioned.

Re: Which Router?

Try it an see, for a one bed flat you will probably have no problems. Its us with solid walls between rooms that have the biggest problems.

Re: Which Router?

Ok, thanks. We'll give it a go and see how it performs, should be fine as you say. I was looking at the TP-LINK TD-W8960N as a possible replacement if the Tcchnicolor isn't up to the job. Seems to get a lot of good reviews and the price is right!  Smiley
