Re: Which Gateway ptn-ag03

I've raised problem 72074 on this.
There are likely to be more, given our recent work to Traffic Management rollouts, so keep them coming.
If you do not mind, can you use the following link if you see more.
http://users.plus.net/@gateway_custom?debug-ip=1
We need the bit marked between array, which will help us show what is needed (incase you reconnect between you posting and us seeing it).
Example

Array

Re: Which Gateway ptn-ag03 and others

72074 is still open but I've put a "watch" on it so I'll keep an eye out for updates.
@walker23 I've added your example to that problem as it seems to be an issue for ptn-ag02 too.

You added pcl-ag03 as well (reply #2) I trust, ptn-ag03 being the one I started the thread with  Wink

Re: Which Gateway ptn-ag03 and others

I'll add that to the problem too, it definitely sounds like the issue is across the board. We can see that resolving this is dependent on updating the associated PTR records.
PS if some of you could try using this tool and post the results back here that would be useful too:

Re: Which Gateway ptn-ag03 and others

PCL-AG08 is now back up and running.
It is presently only active for 21CN and is only awaiting some changes supplier side for 20CN.
In the last few weeks, there are higher priority items to resolve, including the traffic management rollout itself and to obvious capacity work we are doing for the "mass sporting events" Cheesy
Once we have the time available, these DNS changes should be relatively simple. Us adding to the problem means we are able to collate all updates to be completed in a single batch.
