Where's the Portal gone

It may be me but the Portal seems to have disappeared this morning. I know that maintenance was scheduled for during last night and that holding pages were supposed to be in place but I'm getting a blank page this morning. Anyone else having this problem?

Re: Where's the Portal gone

You're not alone seeing this (reported on the PUG forums and TBB).
Liam has suggested clearing the browser cache which has worked for some people - but not all (including me Sad )

Re: Where's the Portal gone

The F9 website was unavailable for me a few minutes ago but it's working again now.

Re: Where's the Portal gone

Hmmmmmmm, this is very strange:
First of all, I'm running Linux.
I've cleared my Firefox browser cache but it hasn't made any difference - still getting a blank page. However, no problems whatsoever with Konqueror - the PN Portal page displays and I can login and do everything I want to do  Huh

Re: Where's the Portal gone

We have a p1 open on this.
It's on the portal here: http://www.plus.net/support/service/problems/problem.php?intProblemId=44209
I know that's not helpful if you can see the portal though!    Embarrassed

Re: Where's the Portal gone

OK, I've had a look at the P1 with my Konqeror browser and the solution (for me) is right there:
Clearing the browser cache and deleting cookies resolves this in most cases
The important bit is to delete all my PN associated cookies and then it works.

Re: Where's the Portal gone

Try re-enabling your auto-logon then close/reopen your browser!

Re: Where's the Portal gone

Liam's posted elsewhere that should be fixed now - it is certainly working for me.
