When will the engineer visit to install my fttc?

So I selected three possible appointment times/dates when signing up and then got a text saying my broadband service is due to become active by midnight on 01/10/1014. The Member Centre says "Your broadband order should complete on 01st Oct 2014 - After 12pm." So when does this mean the engineer will visit my flat? I've looked around in the Member Centre but can't find when the specific appointment slot which has been selected (e.g. 01/10/2014 between 1pm and 6pm).

Thanks for the reply. Looking in closed tickets for the last 7 days (there aren't any open ones currently) I find one that says:
"The broadband order is being processed by the supplier.
The activation will complete by midnight on 01/10/2014."
So that doesn't really clear up the specific engineer appointment date/time.

I've taken a look over your account and can see that the order has indeed been placed however the ticket to monitor this has been closed without reason. The appointment has still successfully been booked and is due on the 30/09/14 between 8am and 1pm. Please accept my apologies for the confusion this has caused.
The ticket which contains the details can be found here if you wish to review it. In the meantime, I'll re-raise this for you so that the address details can be switched over once the move has been completed.

Thanks for the response and clarification. As I just said in the reply to that ticket, unfortunately I need to reschedule my engineer's appointment. Could it be moved to 01/10/2014 (Wednesday) AM or PM.

I've managed to swipe the last appointment on the 01/10/14 for you which was an AM appointment. This has been submitted and booked however we'll need to await this being confirmed by the supplier which can take up to 4 hours. I'll drop you a quick message back in this thread once I can confirm it.

From checking the order it looks like the appointment has now been accepted so your visit will take place on the 01/10/14 in an AM slot. Please don't hesitate to let us know how this goes or get in touch if you need anything more.

I just read the ticket stating their had been a problem with my request to change my engineer visit to 01/10/2014 AM. The ticket said it would now be 02/10/2014 AM instead, has this appointment slot been confirmed?

I notice my ticket (91848615) hasn't been updated yet. I just want to make sure that the engineers appointment is confirmed for 02/10/2014 AM so please update the ticket when you get chance for my records.

Really sorry to see that the initial date that I picked up for you had slipped. I can however confirm that the appointment for the 02/10/14 is confirmed and will go ahead in the AM slot for you between 8am and 1pm.
