When will I go live?

Hi guys,
Just wondering when I'm due to go live with broadband. I had an engineer out today to sort the line as two attempts were made to take over my line but in the end I had to get an engineer out to change the line over. I was told that it should work straight away, my phone line now works but my modem is still flashing.
It's been about 6 weeks now since starting it up and still no Internet 😞
Any update would be great.

Hi there,
I'm afraid as we had to install a new line for you the broadband isn't active yet, I'll chase our provisioning team up for you and get things moving.
