I'm sorry to say that you would have been able to get online 4 days ago if we hadn't made an error and not activated your account.
I've sorted that now, so if you plug your router in it should connect up in around 10 minutes.
Unfortunately the person who placed your order put you on the wrong product too, so you may only get slower speeds until tomorrow when the order I've placed to fix that completes.

Plus Net Quality management process is completely unfit for purpose.
We see similar examples on a regular basis on this forum, and Management seems content
for it to continue.

Funnily enough i've got the same problem. Phone changed over on the 4/11/2015. Broadband should have been up and running on the 5/11/2015.
As of yet nothing , no text message... nowt... and don't email me because i've notgot internetfancy that.
