When does my contract end?

As the title suggests want to know when my contract ends. Not impressed with the forthcoming price increase, especially as the speed I am getting is only just above the threshold of what I would consider poor for my line.

once you receive the email you can get out of the existing contract without penalty

I've paid for my line rental upfront till January 2017, so it would be wasteful to get out of my contract now.

 

Can I wait till Next January and then use these changes to get out of my contract?

@kid-jensen If you want to get out of the contract you have to let us know 30 days after you receive the e-mail. You wouldn't be able to wait until then.

Any customers affected by the price changes will receive an email at least 30 days prior to the changes impacting them.
