When can I expect broadband?

First of all I'd like to say I'm really happy with PlusNet so far, you've been nothing but helpful and speedy with regards to my account set up.
What I've come to ask is, there was a slight problem with my line (it was 'ceased'?) so the line was activated on the 10th. When can I expect my broadband to be running? I know it was only activated on the 10th, but I was told that broadband was normally activated the same day.
It's just that I'm moving into the apartment I've set this up for, for uni on Wednesday, so I was hoping that I'd be all connected and sorted by then.

Hi Schadenfreude,
There had been an issue with the order being delayed. I have had one of our provisioning team working on it and we can now confirm it will go live next monday 20/09/2010
