From 50Mbs-73Mbs down to 6Mbs tonight. I am a new member since 6 days back. I see my connection dropped from being connected to pcl-ag04. Now on pcl-ag01. I would rather not restart my router. In case my ip profile changes.

Hi sultan3,
You should be fine to restart the router - it's the modem that maintains the connection to the exchange and that won't drop if the router loses connection. However it's the router that connects to us, so by rebooting that (or by disconnecting and reconnecting from the router's interface) you can refresh the connection to us and switch gateways without disrupting your connection to the exchange.
Hope that helps.
