I put the results that I could get on a ticket on your account on the 14th December as per my reply in this thread.
It doesn't look like there is a fault ticket open at the moment, or ever, on your account for us to investigate any potential issues?

Thanks. I was expecting to see something, but could not.
I may have raised a ticket not sure, had to answer a lot of questions to be told no problems, which, from my perspective, is not correct.

if you want PN to answer just try raising a ticket like they keep asking you to do (since before 14th Dec)

I've seen your fault, thanks. Looking at the line stats, I would suggest an SNR reset is a good way to go first of all, this also restarts the initial 10 day training period on your line. Let me know if you're happy to go ahead with this.

SNR reset requested, you should start noticing the SNR altering over the next 10 days.
