First, I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask, but I couldn't see a better one.......
One of my referrals has a basic plusnet-supplied wired router but now wants to move to wireless.
I suggested they call PN as there was probably a way PN would supply one "free".
Well they tried but maybe didn't quite ask the question of the right person in the right way and seem to be getting a run-around with no outcome; lots of - you need to speak to this team or that team first.
So, the question is, what can they get at what cost (are there choices) who do they phone to get it and what do they say?
I'm not sure what package they're on but I think it's a basic cheap one started just over a couple of years ago (Aug 08).
If a member of staff responds I can PM the account name and contact email to them if that helps.
