What's happened to the Computer & Hardware section?

Hi
Basically it was there in the list when I entered the Forum but now I cannot find it.
I have just re-instaled XP (again lol) & I now have to search for the list of messages I have sent, find one for that discussion and then access through that.
Never had this issue before. Has something changed that I have missed or is it something more obvious that I have failed to set?

That forum appears in my list.
Sorry I don't know of any way of putting it back if it wasn't apart from asking a friendly Mod to check access permissions.

Its there, are you sure that you have not hidden it?

How do you hide a forum? One thing that I have done occasionally is to collapse a section in the forums by clicking on the - which is to the RHS of the section header. It then appears that the forums have disappeared.

Chillypenquin has told you how "hide" a particular group on the forum board.....
Here is how you "find" it again...
You should have a grey bar across your page with the title "General Discussion"  at the right hand side of this bar, there should be a + sign in a little box. !  if you click on this, then it will (should) open the titles for General Discussion

Yep, it was hidden. I never set it that way - I don't think.
