What's happened to my download speed??

Speedtest.net is showing my download speed at 4.66 Mb/s when I normally have around 9.6-9.9 Mb/s. I'm on ADSL 2+, so I should expect better. Can this be looked into please?

Hi there,
I've checked over your connection and can see no obvious issues. Are you connecting over a wired or wireless connection?
If it's wireless I'd suggest trying to change your wireless channel. If you're on a wired connection then it would be worth raising a fault via our troubleshooter at http://faults.plus/net

I always check from my wired connection. It's gone back up to normal, so it appears to be an issue in the mornings.
