I ordered a new phone line & broadband at the start of August. BT came out and installed the line of the 26th of August (despite plus.net telling me they would come out on the 28th). Received an email on the 28th to say my broadband was active - but it didn't work. Now I've been told it won't be active until the 9th of September! Over a month to get a line installed and activated? Can someone tell me what's the hold up?
