What has gone wrong with packet loss

Just did a speed test using bbmax and results varied between 850 - 1300kbps . Changed to RIN and it is up to 2700kbps.
Looking at the packet loss graphs something has gone very badly wrong linky

It's a shedload of iPlayer traffic on the Olympic Games which is causing the gold drops.
