If you cancel broadband what happens to the phone if you've paid a years line rental in advanced?
I believe you can't have plusnet phone without broadband, so do they give a refund or keep the phone line until the end of the pre paid period?

Changing ISP is not going to remove the problems arising from your aluminium d-side.

I know that.
But at the very least it will start a new profile
I may even find somewhere prepared to stand up to BT.
But mainly I'm getting sick of BS.
