Sorry about that, it looks as though your speed profile is set incorrectly.
Can you restart your router and run a further Speed Test and see if that resolves the issue please?

Nothing has changed on your line that I can see. Your speeds are synced at the maximum 80/20 and your Speed Profile hasn't budged.
Is there a chance it could have been something internal?

Hello,
Like what? certainly the OR modem or router has not been unplugged or rebooted recently (not been touched). So what else could have caused it?

Hi Sam,
It could have been a large number of things that caused the temporary blip. It could have been something external such as road works/gas works or something similar that caused interference on your line for a short time. I wouldn't think it's anything to worry about unless it starts to happen on a regular basis.
